My summer workout routine (no access to gym) : run 1.25 miles- usually burns about 150 Cal. Nike App Ab Workout- 75 Cal, then an inner thigh workout, 100 crunches, 50 leg drops. I also read an article where Kendall Jenner said she does crunches during commercial breaks so I’ve been doing that as well.
#4 When you scroll through thinspo posts on Tumblr for so long that you forget that you look nothing like all those beautiful, skinny girls, and you are suddenly remember how fat you are when you put down your phone and return to reality.

My mom knows I want to lose weight, but every time I attempt to eat healthy she accuses me of being “anorexic” or “starving myself”.. which is true but she has no evidence to support that bc I’m not underweight.
